The only kind you can get out by me (legally) is this absinthe flavored vodka. Which is kind of like the real thing, but not really. It\'s also only 45% alcohol by volume.
I did have the real thing though while drinking with friends before though, sugar cube and all. It was actually pretty good, but I couldn\'t handle a second glass; very potent stuff. I\'ll stick to Samuel Adams.

i must say, i do like la fee bohemian absinthe served with ginger beer. have had some terrible, terrible absinthes in the past. my advice for anybody wanting to explore the green fairy is not to be fooled by brands that sell their product based on high thujone content alone (e.g. king of spirits, with the van gogh portrait on the label). these are hardly even palatable, let alone authentic and are more harmful than their worth. absinthe does not get you high! just really rather drunk :drunk:
