Well liz and her pack of helper minions have loaded up a 15 ft van with my junk and are resting for tomorrows trip back. Tomorrow me and two of the kids catch the train to LA, then over to Palmdale ……….. My evil plan is to weasel my way into their “geek gaming brotherhood”. I think I’m off to a good start J

Have a safe trip. I'd say go have dinner once you get in town, but I believe most of my favorite places have closed. Nopgow's on Ave S should still be open, and Alice's on Palmdale Blvd is good.

Still, can't go wrong with In N Out. Boy I miss that.

Three of the kids are currently in the pool here at the resort I booked for practically nothing (it's nice working for the company). We've eaten and all is well if you don't count swollen knees and a twitchy Xbox. Donna looked happy as a clam to be getting the heck out of Dodge. Driving this bus they call a "15 passenger van" has been........interesting. Looking forward to settling Donna in and getting on with life.

I made it …. Long train ride and I hurt like a sore tooth, still some fine tuning to work out. But I need a few days to rest, I’m no spring chicken anymore. L

Not to mention boxes and bundles to unpack and store. It looks like.........well.........someone just moved in around here! I guess that makes sense. I tired. I'm going to go turn in the 15 passanger van the kids named Dunkirk now. I don't ever want to drive that thing again.
