OK how many of us actually collect the paint rings we scrape/pick from the pots???

I have a plastic blister carton on my paint desk that is about 3 x 2 x 1 inches and full of paint rings or scrapings from the pallet.

Why??? I haven\'t a clue but can\'t be bothered to put them in the bin.

I have to admit though Matt that is the best I have seen :D

When doing 2d paintings, I used an old dinner plate for a pallet. I painted quite thickly and there was always paint left over. I didn\'t clean it every time. I enjoyed seeing how much I could peel off in one go, with all the various colours mixed in.

I actually used that to good effect when I worked at GW for a store Vampire army..I might have to try it again a bit more refined.. basically mixed a little pva with a range of fleshy colours and spread them on a tile then when dry scraped them off and used the pieces as flesh banners .. actually looked really good after a bit of glazing down... hmmmmm....

SERIOUS T.M.I. MOMENT COMING UP.

As men get older their nasal hair thickens, so we have to remove the crusty bits or when you rub your nose they pull on the hairs and you are in Agony City.

Bad Mike moment
