 here speaks a Wise Man :)

Edit: my little bit of happiness was watching a fence lizard sun it\'s self on the brick wall :D

A hot shower followed by a quick nap.
T minus one hour and counting.

Oh, then all the fun that comes after that.

I Agree totally, you have to appreciate the little things, how often does a huge amazing thing happen in life? very rarely.

how often do little things that make you smile happen? quite a lot. if you ignore the little things, and only be happy about the Big huge things, you will very rarely be truly happy.

Hmmm....

I guess for me, after a hard week of Work, today was a day off, and i got a KFC (I may actually of seen you and not known it Springbok, depending on what KFC you were in, i went to the one in the City centre (not the West Quay one, the other one))
i watched an alright movie (Jumper), Rented Ninja Gaiden 2 on the 360, which is awesome, and got to talk to my GF in Canada for the first time in a week.

Life for me is good too....

Literally stopping and smelling the roses.

I bought a pair of pants from a thrift store for 50 cents............found $5 in the pocket when I got home!!

Happiness: hearing a drag sing as a fish pulls line out.
Spending time with the Mrs.

not necessarily in that order.

Watching my 12 year old dog roll onto the flat of her back and stay there, happily wagging her tail.

Considering that 2 months ago we were told that she probably wouldn\'t last more than a fortnight, she is astounding the Vet by becoming more active than she has been for the last 18 months or so. Guess the insulin injections are working.

I still have to carry her upstairs at night and down first thing in the morning, but once she\'s up and moving around she can manage the stairs later in the day.
And at 12, for her breed/type her equivalent age in a human would be 110-120.
Hope I\'m that spry (or even still around) at that age.
