This is a good point. I was smoking a cigar a week (thats $10.00 US) for two months.
I could have bought the new 40K Ogryns with that cash. I am back to my one or two cigars a month.
It\'s not as difficult as quiting cigarettes. So, cheers to you guys for quiting.

Just look at all these quitters, its a beautiful sight!
Decided to go cold turkey on those suckers, especially seeimg as the patches are more expensive than the ciggies, how ironic is that?

Got some weird withdrawel symptoms going on, my mind is all over the place and i\'m feeling very dizzy aswell.

27 years ago I quit smoking..........other things. It was REAL rough but one thing I kept telling myself was that if I started again, I\'d just have to go thru quitting all over again. Going back just meant the road got that much longer.

Today\'s small happiness:
Got blood test and ultrasound results back from an incident a short while back.
All is fine. Better than fine, actually. The doctor actually lauded me on the quality of my blood levels. Everything in the \'better than average\' category.
And all my inner bits are shaped the way they should be.

A little bit of happiness for me
We took our dog out for a walk, in the local \"Beauty Spot\" Rivington Pike.
As despite the slow pace she managed to walk happily for over a mile, thoroughly enjoying herself.
Not bad for an old dog that a couple of months ago was thought to only have perhaps two weeks left.
(Oh yes her Bald belly is due to an ultrasound scan, and yes that is a \"lump\" on her side by her leg. Fatty benign one thankfully.)

A bit of happiness. One of my wife\'s friends and my friend just had their first kid today.
They got some flak from some Koreans because the baby isn\'t \'pure blood\' (half dutch canadian/ half Korean) but I hear he is cute and healthy.
