The most special mini I have ever painted:

This mini is brobably not my best technical work, but it is one that tugged on my heart as I painted it. Seems you cannot find red-headed guys for these things so my daughter asked me if I could redo it for them.

some day I may experience that. Hopefully it\'s far away in the future as she\'s \"only\" 11...

Hmm, That link doesn\'t take me to a cmon votey page. Well, whatever score anyone gave it wouldn\'t do the sentiment justice, now would it?

So, your little girl is getting married then (or has gotten married). You must be a pround and happy Airhead.

Voting link fixed (thanks). And yes, the big day was a couple of weeks ago on the 12th.

I was only glad that I could get my one line out without breaking myself.

Congratulations! Wonderful work, and sentiment! Did you paint the centerpiece bouquet a little to match hers better? I really like that the dress and bouquet of the centerpiece fit what the bride really wore. Sounds like it was a lovely day for your family.

Just be happy you didn\'t have to officiate.
My stepfather officiated our wedding and my hubby\'s vows (written at 4am the previous morning despite my haranguing) broke him up so badly he forgot the whole exchanging of the rings part until the flower girl pouted at us all.

Yes, I did repaint the boquet, the skintones and the hair, plus added little red roses around her and did her nails.

Wren, that sounds like a fun wedding. I think ours got wrapped up in his sermon and forgot to let me give Jen away. I stood there almost the whole service before I gave her to Andrew.

Someone said they were afraid that the preacher was going to marry me to my daughter.

lol

He\'s back in Germany - applying for married housing, she\'s getting her passport and hoping that it all comes togehter in 2-3 months.

To say I\'ll miss my baby girl and my granddaughter is an understatement.
