The Next Frothers' Charity Thingy - BOOGA wip

I have been asked to do a Booga for the Frothers Charity Thingy.
I figured It would be great to let the entirety of the community to be involved in creative process.
This miniature is being auctioned off and the money made from it given to various cancer charities (more info here)
Because the miniature is going to one of you in the community I thought having a hand in it would really benefit everybody!

Either vintage London style punk rock for the clothing or some kind of Aussie steampunk theme for the base would work quite well.
