6 hours to go over here now, I\'m leaving now for a good dinner at my friend\'s home, after that we\'re going to the fireworks display in Antwerp and then find a place in the city to party

It may be the change of the calendar, but I still feel that the real start of the new year is 21st December.
The Winter Solstice. That feels like the change of the winter tide.
