40k ok.... Theres always space marines (But no I paint to much of them) how about one of the new daemonettes? It\'s a really nice set. Or anything else you want. If you\'d be willing to wait a bit we could do one of the new orks coming out. And now thinking about it that seems like a good idea to me as there wont be as much reference out for them and it could lead to them being more original. What do you say to that?

orks would be great for me since i play them, and was planning to pick up a box anyway....

but which one.... i\'d say one of the characters maybe, Badruk would be my favorite.

also, waiting till januari gives me time to work on a couple of other projects first.

@mourner: How about the Snikrot one? (the one with the cool goggles) Or the little dudes. (I always forget what to call them) If I remember correctly I dont really like the Badruk guy. Hes the pirate looking one right? I remember there was a thread about the new orks. anyone got a link or maybe some pictures somewhere else of the upcoming stuff?

darklord vs. Rober Bunting - darklord won by immediate surrender.

Alextheartist vs. Thecadian - Only one completed submission received. Second still pending.

lizcam vs. DaN - Even after reading the whole thread, I don\'t know if they both even have the mini, yet, to start painting.

lizcam vs. darklord - A Theme Off. I have no idea what that is, yet.

hestan101 vs. ScottRadom - Their mini won\'t even be released until Dec. 20, so the whole challenge is pending them being able to even buy the thing.

uberdark vs. sukigod - Miniature unknown at this time.

squighunter vs. sg2009 - Miniature unknown at this time.

E.y vs. BarstoolProphet - Winged Vampire Lord , painting begins Dec. 10.

nick232 vs. springbok? - I\'m not sure if this was an actual challenge, or if they both issued open ones, even after reading.

Necroghast vs. Mourner - Miniature undecided.

cybersquig vs. Alextheartist - Single Terminator.

That\'s it, up to today.
I\'m unable to monitor all painters\' progress, so I\'m going to have to trust the competitors to get their submissions to me when they finish.

I had some issues that prevented the mini from getting to me. Sorted now and I should have it any day. I\'ll post here when it comes and we\'ll start painting!
