so revernd... what model do you want to paint, im thinking eirther some sort of 40k gray knight, or new choas mortal charicters... meby some lotrs, its up to you...

I was thinking Skaven or something, chaos sounds like fun though. I\'ll pick something up at the store when i can. Space Marines fine too. I\'m easy!

SM sounds like fun
im thinking a sm gray knight... there is a blister for like 10 bucks i think thats a gray knight jusicar... or we could do a regular gray knight, or a gray knight terminator, they all come in blisters i think so it wouldent be to expensize... i think we should be free to base, and or do convertions (no bitz alowed) like the slayer sword challenge, you tell me if you want a rugular gray knight guy or a gray knight terminator...

I leave it to the competitors to agree on which they\'ll paint. I\'m going to be gone for the rest of the day, as it\'s Thanksgiving, here in Canada. I have a turkey coma to earn.

In time-honoured tradition, I\'ll meet you at space marine rather than grey knight
. I\'m not a sculptor/converter, so I\'d like to see an old fashioned, bog-standard piece that we bring to life with our painting, not conversion work, etc. Some kind of Space Marine Veteran or COmmander? A rugged chap I\'d say. I\'m not overly familar with up-to-date GW, so I\'m going to go and have a ganders...

Aye, the lad\'s got balls. A decent sort though - he\'s been messaging away quite happily. We agreed we\'ll just start painting as and when we get the pieces, so that\'s this week for him, next Monday for me.
Just to clarify:
No conversions
Regular base (plus flock/stone/sand/putty/leaves, etc...)
Also, bearing in the mind that we\'ve brought the start date forward, should we look at bringing the end date forward in sync?
