But even then there are some people without that excuse who can\'t do it.

I\'d suggest Voice/Speech recognition in MSOffice for some people. A dyslexic colleague of mine is using it to assist him in overcoming his problem. Typing what he wants to say and getting the system to \"read it back\" It\'s not perfect but it does give him a good laugh now and again.
(Who would have though that the contraction of \"who are\" could get mistaken by a machine?)
