[Ritual]

I painted this little Tom Meier sculpt from one Dark Sword quite some time ago. It is a tiny, tiny miniature, much due to Meier\'s inhuman ability to sculpt realistic proportions, even in small scales like this. In its kneeling position it is 16 mm from floor to eye level. I think it\'s the most delicate mini I\'ve painted. The miniature sat nearly finished on my desk for a long time as I didn\'t have any idea about how to do the base. I didn\'t like the base that came with the mini, so I had to come up with something new. A few months ago MaxMini released a set of resin books, scrolls, candles etc. and when I saw that I thought it would be perfect for this mini. The details are possibly slightly big compared to the mini, but the photos make them a bit more so due to perspective. In real life it\'s nothing you think that much of.

No really. Awesome sculpt (Tom Meier be da man), and you really made it shine. The skintones, the hair... all of it. Great great job. The resin bits really fit it well. Also, to second freak: Face closeup, please!

the slightly large decorative items on the base add to piece instead of detracting from it for me.

Looking at her hands, you can see how tiny this piece must really be.

Great work as always, Ritual. I love your work and second the request for a close up of the face. I\'m guessing it deserves to be showed off.
