The United States Immigration problem.. explained in simple terms.

I\'m all for illegal aliens, let them come. However, there needs to be some changes in our rules.
1.) Since illegals very first act in our country is to break the laws compounded with breaking more laws, which is promptly ignored by our politicians, then I as a natural citizen should get a \"free crime pass\".
This pass would allow me to commit two crimes and get away with no consequences.
(The first crime I would immediately rob a bank, I would save the second crime for when I was getting eyeballed I could look at the person and say \"I\'ve still got one crime left, and I\'ve always wanted to try murder.\")
2.) As Illegals fail to pay their federal and state taxes, and this is ignored, yet are allowed to get aid from many of our social programs, then I as a citizen who has contributed to the system for some 24 odd years should be able to withhold my taxes and get governmental aid. (As I see it, at least they\'ve gotten something out of me.)
3.) I should be allowed to scream racism over any slight imagined or not even when I am truly in the wrong.

wow...i\'m stoked that people are listenin\' to my voice...doesn\'t matter to me if you agree or disagree with anything i have to say...it only matters to me that you all give serious thought to what people have to say around here...
it\'s been a long time since i lived, and tried to make a livin\', here in america...now that i\'m back, i am lucky enough to be a self-employed artist, who lives very simple, and has no desire to get rich...i just wanna surf and chase beautiful women
...so for me the whole argument is fairly moot...
i don\'t think that immigrants should be givin\' any extra consideration than any other human being...if you break the law, you must be ready to face the consequences... bein\' deported is not the worst thing that can happen in life...i know, it\'s happened to me abroad(of course, i swung it so that i got deported to monaco, so i must be blessed)...
as has been said, the main issue is the problem of employers bein\' willin\' to hire illegal labour over there own countrymen...greed is a wicked thing...there are so many issues that stem from one source...were to start??? how to solve the problem in a decent manner??? i don\'t think there is a good answer...
@lunchbox: i agree with you, the whole world has been conquered at one time or another, and genocide is the major common factor throughout history...i have seen it everywhere...
i was not tryin\' to say that we should feel guilty, or tryin\' to use the \"we stole this land argument\"...what\'s done is done...i just understand why mexicans feel that they have a right to come here illegally(right or wrong)...of course, in my opinion, this only applies to the them in their minds...it\'s crazy when you see how they treat people from south of their border in mexico...i can\'t stand hypocrisy in any form...i don\'t think they\'re right, just that i understand where they are comin\' from...
i understand where you are comin\' from too bro...takin\' a hit to the pocketbook is never fun...
i just think it is a shame to see where the american mindset has gone...the idea that birthed this nation was a beautiful thing to a rebel like me, but now it seems like control is the accepted norm, instead of freedom...

Honestly, I can\'t sit here in my comfy apartment, just home from my pretty cushy job, and blame anyone from a poor country for trying to make a better life for themselves in a richer country next door. It\'s unfortunate, however, that the way it happens is that they enter the US illegally and work there illegally (and poorly protected by those same laws). The fact that I can sympathize with BOTH sides of this issue is what makes it so confusing for me.
That I\'m Canadian - the Mexican agri \"guest workers\" here are all documented, have lots of work available and generally make decent money under good conditions - doesn\'t help...
Anyway, I LOL\'d, as I do at any quality parody of \"300\", perhaps one of the most mock-able films ever made The guy throwing the broom was a nice touch.
