Good morning ladles and jellyspoons, I\'ve finished my latest re-painting effort; an Eldar War Walker, click here to view.

I\'m reasonably pleased with it although there\'s a few places where my washes/glazes got a bit out of control. It\'s my first attempt at a more elaborate base, using PVA glue to simulate water.

N.B: dont be tempted to use a hair dryer to speed up the drying time of the PVA, it melts the plastic base :D.

Any comments and constructive criticism would be greatfully received.

Cheers - Rab.

It\'s good IMO, xpecially the blue tones, and the freehand seems good too! Maybe it lacks of the WOW factor, but i like it anyhow!

a 7, maybe 7.5 in my book

Left a comment, nice looking model and the blues are nice. I just feel the blue and aqua colour\'s are a little too close to each other in \'tone\'.

The banners too big for my taste (not a critisism, just opinion). But the highlighting on the armour is nice and clean, looks good.

But after that, its good work:cool:

I like it! You\'d think I get tired of blue, but I\'m not, and I really like your work with it. Teh banner looks good too.

Thanks for the comments so far folks.

@LouisCypher - The \"Wow factor\" I know what you mean, impossible to define but you know it when you see it :)

@Donga - I tried a more contrasting colour scheme, but it just didn\'t fit for an Eldar machine, too cartoony if you know what I mean. Can a banner ever be too big? :D

@Astonia - Thanks, I love your High Elves, I wish I could shade white like that and your Space Marines are gorgeous.

Cheers - Rab.
