here a new mini sculpted and painted by a friend of my painting club, Jacky.
Scale: 44 mm to the eyes.

I\'ve just taken the pictures for him !
It\'s a korrigan (a little elf) violonist.

This piece took part at the Nations Trophy last week-end in Lyon (France)

I checked the link to the Jean-Baptiste Monge books - there\'s some fantastic illustrations there - they remind me of Arthur Rackham and Edward Dulac - and to some degree Kate Greenaway. And more recently Rodney Matthews and perhaps Patrick Woodroffe
