I think the villain in that movie was the director.

Not entirely related but I\'ll share my favorite bad movie moment:

In Species there\'s a psychic -- he walks in to a room on a passanger train after the alien woman has broken her cocoon. A man has been splattered all over the walls and ceiling; bits of him are dripping on to the floor. The psychic looks around and says:

\"Something bad happened here.\"

Just classic.

I think it was in Species that at the beginning the alien is looking for info on what a human looks like so as to morph into that and comes across a Playboy. It turns into the girl in the centerfold, COMPLETE WITH THE STAPLES!lol

totally agree about Stellan Skarsgaard in King Arthur...he made that movie for me.

I do slightly disagree about Gary Oldman in The 5th Element....I thought he was great in that role!...He was also good as the baddie in The Professional.

I thought Gary Oldman was ok in Fifth Element too....but....not enough screen time and I would have liked him to have some scenes with Bruce.....

Another totally not intimidating villain: That druid woman from Troll 2. First of all, I dig the librarian look (to be fair, she does radiate an aura of \"never procreate\"). Then her evil villain power: Asking you to drink green shaving foam that could turn you into a plant thing. Minions: Children in potato sacks, wielding sticks and really bad rubber masks. How to defeat her? Hold hands. Or, you know, simply not drinking the broth because she really can\'t so anything.
Only thing remotely intimidating about that one is a) the voice and b) the acting.

By the way, do NOT see Troll 2. It is without a doubt the worst movie ever.

Worst villan in a movie:

The Beholder in D&D that turns ALL of it\'s eyes to look at a tossed rock.

Going back to Mr. Bowies Package, have you seen the \"David Bowies Area\" webpage.

two Villians I hate

The father of the Hulk in the recent Incredible Hulk Movie - didn\'t really do anything, then got killed in a way i didn\'t get.

And the not so scary more funny looking Green Goblin in Spiderman 1. I\'ve seen more scarier turds than his Halloween Costume.

On a side note - Worst Heros ever.

Dolph Lundgren as He-man

Here\'s a controversial one... Boba Fett. Yes, he looks cool and has all the armour and weapons etc but what did he actually do? (I\'m talking Episodes IV (special edition), V & VI not moody little boy in II) Basically, he was a stalker, lost his only fight to an accidental swing from an overgrown teddy-bear and got eaten buy a slug. (Yes I know he\'s supposed to have escaped after that but we\'re talking the films here). Perhaps one of the most underused film villains.
