Hello everyone, quick Euro submission. This was my entry for Euromilitaire '10, I wanted to do a new entry for the competition, but I had very little time, so I decided to paint this excellent Figone miniature in the two days before the competiton, and I was lucky enough to get a 'commended' for it :)

Great blending overall, but the face and hair is really great. The base too is very nice and I think it fits with the mini. The only critique I got is that the bottom of the blue cape is dirty but his feet and ankles are not, doesn't really take anything away from the mini just looks a little strange to me. Great job, I gave it a 9 :)

Congrats on the commended! Very well done with that short a timespan.

I like it, it looks great in the photos and taking the general thing that most paintjobs look better in the flesh than in a photo I'm sure it looks ace in the flesh. The only comment I have really is the dirt on the hem of the surcoat, it looks a little heavy, especially in contrast to the leggings.

I'd have probably painted the whites more neutral in the shadows but that's just personal taste more than anything.

Brushlicker and Freak!
Wow, you're painting is really coming on!. The boots look a little flat to me, but otherwise great stuff.

Really good zenithal light effect.
Blending are really stunning too.
For me, just the mud/dust effect that is not at same level... but in 2 days = Congratzzzz !!!
