Themed Army ideas

Which one appeals most to people ? :)

Looking for a new army to work on.

1. Pure TZ demon army (alot of magical power)
2. Pure Nurgle demon army (all 3 heralds mounted insider PB units)
3. High Elf Tir Chariot army (very mobile shooty army)
4. Vampire counts ghoul army
5. Wood Elf army (not sure on theme yet)

I don\'t see wood elves enough, and they\'re pretty cool. It be easy to theme that army just by choosing a \"season\" for them. I think a winter army with blues and whites would look really stunning.

Er, Ghouls... yeah they\'re great... *cough* and I just happen to have a sprue that I\'m still trying to get rid of *cough* :D


Seriously though, are you doing this army for yourself or to sell on to someone else. If it\'s for you what do YOU like the best? That\'s all that matters really.

I have number 2 and number 4 although mine\'s made exclusively from the old metal ghouls (hence me having spare placcy ones). Nurgle Daemons are good and characterful but there are the twin downsides of not getting many models for your points and the fact that there are only a limited number of Plaguebearer poses. Ghoulies are fun to do and work quite well as an army now they fight as ranked units. Take a look at the Heresy mini ghouls if you fancy a bit of variety. Wood Elves are possibly the army that you can finish off to the highest standard as opportunity to go to town on the bases will make them stand out.
