Hey, been awhile since i posted on here but im back in the game, i\'ve taken a break and after much thought have decided to collect a Daemonhunters army in 40K (i can alsmost hear the cries of annoyance at that thought).
To add contrast between the Grey Knights and stormtrooprs i want the troopers to look like they\'re fighting hard to keep up and taking a beating in the process. so i\'ve added scapes to the armour but they could still use that little bit extra.
also how the hell will i make my sergants flesh portray the same image. im not an amazing painter but i always like a challenge so any anfd all sugestion welcom :)
when i can find the camera i will take some pics, but i cant garentee the quality will b anygood; thanks in advanced

I\'ve done rather nice lo9oking bandages over eyes by using gauze cut down to size and brushed over with a bit of super glue then painted as needed.

The top article right now is on how to apply bruises to models, it may help. Scars would work. Muddy dirty faces. I\'m sure there\'s quite a few ways to weather a soldier.

Have you not heard of Catachan Bananas? Its how they manage to survive such a deadly hellhole. Helps them grow up big and strong so they can wrestle catachan devils to the ground and tear thier throats out with thier teeth.

Back on topic, rent or borrow the film Stalingrad. Pay particular attention to the scene where they get off the train and are marching past the wounded. Loads of great examples of horrific, yet survivable wounds.
