Very cool, those sorts of things rate highly in my books along with ice sculpting when i saw someone do an ice sculpt i was just stunned.

Also when they make those they use a mix of water and ... wait for it... PVA glue! Yep - the same stuff we use on our bases (some of us anyway). They used to have giant sand sculptures for Christmas in one of the malls in Hawaii (Ala Moana I think).
