Hi! Here\'s a mini I painted for Assassin Miniatures (it\'s not yet released though). I tried a new gold NMM recipie which turned out pretty good I think. The ball in her hand isn\'t perfect though, but it isn\'t as sharply highlighted irl. I need to practice painting black I guess...

Anyway, hope you like looking at her:)

Very nice work Anja! The skin, hair, NMM gold and white is excellent! If I have to give any criticism it would be that the sword blade is a bit too dark, IMO. I don\'t get the feeling of \'cold steel\' from it.

Very nice work, alltogether, though on a very nice sculpt!

Astonia, the NMM looks more like bronze to me.

I like it, it just doesn\'t look like gold

I like the black ball. Sweet hot spot on it. The next layer could be a wee bit smoother.

@Ritual: Thanks Anders! I agree that the blade is a bit dark, but I kinda like it, it looks like some strange kind of metal..., kinda like the strange gold/bronze

@Airhead I agree with you too, it does loook like, if not pure bronze, so at least some sort of mix between gold and bronze. But I like the dark look of it.

I LIKE the dark blade! The NMM and light reflection looks good, its the contrast that makes it for me :D

(I MUST start painting again!!!! My life keeps getting in the way)

I like the look of this mini, the colors you chose work wonderfully and of course your skill shows in the quality of the finished product.

To give critical feedback, I think the hair looks a little flatter than the rest, and could perhaps use a very subtle last layer of highlights to pick up the raised folds. Also the nmm on the sword just doesn\'t quite look right, it doesn\'t pop off the screen like some of your other work.

nice job, I\'m sure the assassin mini people are happy!

very VERY nice Anja!! You have really surpassed yourself this time! I like the dark blade, and the gold looks like metallics! i also love the green you have used!

I want to see more non-high elf minis!!!

Thats a beautiful mini Anja, i like the bronze NMM (or is it gold?). Too bad you didnt post a face-on shot of her. How do we \'mericans get ahold of Assassin minis? I\'ve gotta have this one!
