three new minis

Hi,

I am preparing for the miniature exhibition \"Miniaturansichten\" and
try to paint as much new miniatures as possible to display them in
may. Three new minis are on my website
http://www.fantasyminiatures.de and all will be posted at CMON and appear soon:
- a Freebooter Darkelf Rider just released by the company. An
article how I painted it is planned for an issue of the magazine
Modell Fan later this year with loads of step by step pictures.
- a Privateer Press Pirate Queen
- a Drune Warrior by Rackham/Confrontation

Take the time to check them out and perhaps post your thougths.

Next will be a barbarian by Assassin Miniatures which I just painted
for the company.

I really like that sun reflection on the shield of the freebooter darkelf rider, it\'s a cool idea I haven\'s seen used before. On all the minis, you have a good sense of color choice, which really improves the whole look. One thing though, I think the foot on the base of the Drune persecutor looks a little \"straight out of the haunted house\".

I\'ve always appreciated your work and I am especially fond of the Pirate Queen. The lizard and rider are very nice, especially the reflection as mentioned before, and the stripes on the lizard.
