Yes, I understand that in a certain profession, licking is considered a very important skill ;)

Rab.

Yes, professional Lollipop tasters need to have their lickers in top shape. Some even take out insurance policy on their tongue....

maybe this is not what you were referring to.....lollol

Maybe aye, maybe no :p

Rab.

Funny, I tried applying for a job that needed good licking skills, among other things, but my girlfriend wouldn\'t let me take it. :(

lol

ok, this conversation with Alexi is starting to remind me of an old Simpsons moment, although I believe it had to do with Australians...

Reguardless, I like her style

Shame on me for thinking all painters were tea drinkers, you Brits have twisted my mind!

Well if it makes you feel better I do drink tea when I\'m painting. And the rest of the time too (apart from parties). It does get kind of hard to paint with too much alcool in the blood :p

I think when it comes to Russians, the drinking won\'t get in your way, at least considering the Russians I know! ;)

The only problem is that if you stop drinking you have to deal with the hangover. The best cure for a hangover is to carry on drinking:D

I hope not, if you paint any better than you already do, I\'ll burn all my brushes and pour my paints down the sink in disgust at my own lack of talent.

 Oh my!! This thread is getting as bad as that one over in \"Submission\" with its shameless probings and boney streakers.

Oh, and Rab: I was thinking the same thing :D If she were to stop drinking and start painting better, we\'d all really be in trouble.

After a long painting session, my entire thumb, ball of my thumb, often the back of my left hand are covered with paint. AND my lips & tongue are differant colours from sucking and licking my brushes.

I once went to the shop, when I got back with the milk for my coffee, I looked in the mirror :eek: Multi-coloured lips & tongue!!

That is in addition to all the spills and blobs of paint that are on my clothes, in my hair and even on my shoes!!!

Along those lines, allow me to mention hat the new Reaper Master\'s Series Nigthshade Purple is quite foul tasting. :D

Beware wetting the brush with your tongue. Some of the colors have some real nasty stuff in them. Reds and some yellows have cadmium and I\'m sure others are equally nasty. FYI

Beware nothing! If I\'m going down, I\'m going down painting!

lol Well, maybe, but you will be harsher in your criticisms of your work, so I\'m not sure it will balance out.

<drunk painting mode>Yeaaah! Thish baby looksh freakin aweshome!</drunk painting mode>

<sober painting mode>Damn. What the hell was I doing when I painted this. Bah! Into the paint stripper!</sober painting mode>

It\'s particularly dangerous to mix both modes...:p
