The customer service at Hasslefree Miniatures is beyond reproach! They were extremely nice when not 1, but TWO shipments went missing!

I haven\'t had to deal with their customer service, but I did just recently get my first miniatures from them and am very impressed, I\'m in the middle of painting one up now and very happy with it!

I second that, I have ordered directly from them and throught the CMON Shop, they are some of the nicest people, and the minis are wonderful, very little flash. I would order from them again in a heart beat!

I agree whole heartedly! I\'ve actually hadtrouble with the CMON shop which has never been resolved but Sally and Kev are hte greatest people. Probably the most generous people i have ever met. Mini\'s are top notch. and they actually LISTEN to you when you have something to say...

Well I have to admit the last order I did with them arrived in a matter of days along with a thank-you email, which I thought was nice...
however the previous order never turned up. The thing is I didn\'t realise it hadn\'t arrived, as I\'d done a number of different orders from different places, so I had stuff arriving a couple of times a week for a few weeks.
It was only when I went looking for them in the \"new arrivals lounge\" (box), that I realised they hadn\'t turned up yet.
I did notify them, & got a reply, from Sally saying they\'d look into it, but to this day it\'s still somewhere between them & me. :(
So why did I order from them again I here you ask?
  1. I like the mini\'s
  2. previous service was excellent
  3. I genuinely believe it wasn\'t their fault
My faith was rewarded with my recent order

Yup from what Ive read in the past Borg seems to be the one to sort things out regarding cmon sales.

She is quite puzzled about the order that went missing and you didnt get a replacement sent out.

Had an email from Sally waiting when I got home, I replied with the requested info. Sally replied within minutes, mini\'s are on their way, :bouncy: yippeee......! :flip:

Wouldnt have expected any less.
Im sure if you followed it up earlier it would have been sorted.Im sure the \"smaller\" companies like Hasslefree value customer relations a lot more than the likes of GW.
Thats not a finger point at you Mick btw.
Spyglass are another.Ive had minis arrive from them 1 or 2 days after ordering.Buggers dont give you time to finish the last ones:D

And I\'m off to see all the cool hasslefree stuff :D Wich customer service would be like that for every over companie. :rolleyes:

needless to say I will definately be buying more hasslefree mini\'s.....
...GW, on the other hand... well that\'s a story for a new thread...

Well I got to 6, but it was thick paper maybe I\'ll have to try with cigarette paper or somthing like that ;)

AH AH !!!!!
Just managed 7 with thinner draft paper :D Now next time I come across sombofy with cigarette paper I\'ll just have to start folding it in tiny little pieces :p
I remeber having a math question about somthing similar a while back, I think you ended up finding that if you folded a piece of paper 56 times, it wouls be high enothe to reach the sun. :flip:

@peter: I know I\'ve tried several different types & sizes, only got to 7 once, then only just

shouldn\'t be nicking this thread really

I got 8!
though it\'s hard to say the last one was really in \"half\" since it was so tiny the face wasn\'t quite as large as the cross-section.
I used the extremely thin cheap toilet paper they provide in my office building.
