I\'m going to try to participate in this. This mini is one that I find enjoyable to look at, but I\'m not sure if it will \'click\' in my mind.

Still, I\'ll give it a shot. :)

Funny links there, though the drawing I just had to shake my head at.

For those asking about submitting stories and the like, yeah, if you want to send along some, feel free, I think it would be a great way to populate the website. I\'ve got a few here that I\'m editing and working on and will eventually get up there.

Anyhow, hearing some interesting ideas and with Jason of Chick Challenge being nice enough to plug the contest, I hope to see a large amount of entries to make it an interesting one.

On the subject of mold lines, yeah, I got one that had a good many of them and just when I thought I had them all, I primed it and up popped a few more that I missed. I know EricJ said he got one that had barely any mold lines though, so I guess its luck of the draw really.

We\'ve all got to start somewhere Dawn! Besides, this will give you some incentive to get to the brushes and have at it.

Besides, there is always the Random Schmuck (TM) Prize for the giggles of it. Or should I say Schmuckette?

I\'m glad to hear that someone got a good copy of this mini.

RedDawn and I spent several hours last night preping this mini...shaving flash, filing, more filing, more filing, attaching parts, more filing, then came the greenstuff to fill the seams, cracks and pits. Reaper minis are normally much better quality cast than this. I was realy surprised how much work these are taking. Checked it this morning, still needs more filing.... then off to primer, if we could get a dry day to do it... ;)

I was lucky actually, I went to my game store and they had 3 sharks on the rack so I was able to pick and choose to get one with just very slight lines. Of course he\'s still in the packaging still, so who know\'s what I\'ll find once I really get down and dirty with him...

@Eric - I thought mine looked pretty good in the blister too until I got him out and got a good look at thim. Dawn\'s was worse, it had a real misalignment in the mold and there was a pretty bad hole in the top fin.

@Wolf_Fang - I also wanted to change the pose of the left arm a little as well so I ended up resculpting the shoulder after I moved it where I wanted it.
