There is actually a story behind why he got that tattoo, if it's the guy I think it is, he went on to get his entire skeleton done, including hands, face and head.

Don't have any ink yet - but plan on getting the map of Iraq on my right shoulder with a bears foot print across it - and three 4 pointed stars above it in red. With however many years I spend here this time below it in blue.

If I go to the 'Stan, I'll do a similar piece on my left shoulder.
