I happen to like Mc Donalds..their frys are the best
As for nasty food.. Head Cheese or Hot Souse re the most vile.. basicly lunch meat made from the stuff they wouldnt even use in a hot dog.
Speaking of hot dogs I remember years ago when I was in college and went to a school in London for a semester..coming out of the pubs one night I got a hot dog from a vendor..it was the nastyist thing Id ever had LOL

Ham and egg omlette in the old Canned Rations, and the version in the original model Meals Rejected by Everyone was pretty bad also.
Dehydrated Pork Patties, along with Dehydrated Potato Patties, are fairly horrible as well.
Ham and shrimp Jambalya in the new MRE\'s is just vile, and the hamburger patty is not much better.
Oh, and snails should never be on the menu except as bait - I dont care how hungry I am - once was enough. Like eating rubber bands.

And I have a strong repulsion towards brawn (or headcheese in US english) (also black pudding ) Salceson in polish.
All other stuff is welcome
@ Bill : this was a movie called \'Oldboy\' - they do not serve living octopi in Korea - It would be like people here would it fish alive
@ Funymouth : Pigs are even more clever than dogs , as are cows - but even though you still eat them

I am a real difficult eater when it comes to meats. I like a few (chicken, minced meat when put through something and steak and a fair few kinds of fish), don\'t care much about most (including a lot of ways previously mentioned is made), and absolutely hate a lot. I won\'t eat anything organ if I can help it, nor anything that is still a whole animal, nomater what the kind when you put it into your mouth. Seeing it whole even if you have to pick out the \"best\" parts will put me off of my appitite too. And when something has that jelly like fat rims or pieces I just can\'t seem to swallow it. Comes right back up.

I\'m the same with Angel Delight, only with lumps. If I find one tiny lump in Angel Delight, I get a gag reflex. Minging!
I don\'t know about that movie, but they DO eat live mini octopus in korea, gross whatsoever alive or dead.
Anchovies are way underrated. They are a wonderful ingredient... but have to be used as an ingredient, not as it was chicken or something. With just one anchovy tou can give taste to 16 portions of pasta.

I\'ve had snails in France once and I thought it was quite delicious! It looked a bit dodgy, but with aioli it tastes really nice.
The worst stuff I know of is fermented herring. People in northern Sweden are crazy about that stuff, but I can\'t stand it. Really horrible!! :|~

Isn\'t that called lyefisk or something? Fish left to ferment in caustic soda? Funny thing is, a main ingredient in Thai cooking is fish sauce... I use it, despite knowing how it\'s made. :|~
The single thing which I will never try is black pudding. I have an issue with eating spiced scabs.

I had snail vol-au-vents in France and they were top dollar. Even better, the day I arrived we had a whole seafood platter with the extended family and the food was mind-bogglingly gorgeous.

last time i checked we werent popping squeeling piglets in to our mouths. we eat lots of \"smart\" animals, when they are dead.
No, I think that\'s some other country\'s \"speciality\". Ours is called \"surströmming\" (= \"sour herring\") and it\'s fermented in cans during approximately one year. When you open the cans you get foul liquid squirting all over the room (if you\'re stupid enough to do it inside) and a vile stench spreads all over the neighbourhood. Sometimes, if the fish has been over-fermented, it\'s nearly dissolved in the liquid.
I don\'t know how any of this can make people\'s mouths water... ???

In fact, I\'m sure Hormel is laughing all the way to the bank! After all, they\'re advertising it on TV again, so I know I\'m not the only one who\'s gone back to the, um, pork side of the force? (Sorry.)
