You could try MNMM Metallic base with nMM blending it works pretty good. It has been done pretty good before and also horribly. The looks just like bone gold doesnt work. Some people have pulled it off really well. I have noticed that with silvers it\'s a lot easier than golds or bronzes. I have seen it done very very well on some minis here. The reason why it is kind of hokey is that you are doing a 2D technique on a 3D surface. Doing reflective shading like you see on automobile paintings and other traditional artworks looks funny on a 3D surface. Because once you turn it the effect disappears. Just experiment worse comes to worse you have to strip the model and do it again. Practice makes perfect. Look at some metal things or smooth surfaced items and see how the light plays off of them.
