Trouble with Fantization

The problem I have is I bought two mini\'s from them about a month and a half ago. I have never received these mini\'s. I have sent them now totaling 5 e mails and they have no responded to any of them. Does any one from here work form them? Or have other users experienced problems with them? I know they are in the US and I\'m in the UK but that does not excuse nearly two months wait.

I\'ve had absolutey no problem with Fantization. I once was concerned abot my package,but then found it on my front doorstep. Apparently, the mail man didn\'t take the time to ring the doorbell.

I guess it kinda depends on the figure, if it\'s a Reapr fig, then they must be trying to get in in their inventory. If it\'s a limited edition rackham mini, start complaining to the Better Business Bureau....

My only beef with them is they can be slow to respond to email (although the past few days they\'ve been at GenCon). I have always received what I ordered.

Don\'t worry.

They\'re pretty reliable and conciderate.
I had a small problem with them earlier in the year when they had some sale on Cell\'s 1999 minis back from last year. I pre-ordered them, and paid for them in advance.

But after 3-4 months, they never received the minis I ordered. It was on the distributors end I beleive. We kept in contact and I just gave up and asked for store credit. The employer was concerned about my order enough to call me up one night.

For my troubles, they threw in an extra blister.

As for not replying to your emails, perhaps they\'re backed up from the trip to Gencon. But in general, they\'re reliable. They restocked the rest of my order before.

But if you\'re really concerned, you could always call them up and speak in person.
