Great start on him! Keep on rockin and soooo glad you've got your inspiration with this project. When motivation hits the skids - paint what you love. ;)

I always feel guilty for not finishing a mini but we all do it. Its real hard to stay focused on one mini for weeks on end and I've always admired the top painters who stay on one mini for six+ months.
If the minis not 'talking' to you then it's time to move on and keep motivated. :)

Finished Draznicht tonight. I wasn't able to get to a brush all week pretty much, which was a bummer. There's a bit of a priority on the Dark Vengeance stuff now, since the owner wants to actually, you know, use them. I'll still be doing other stuff too. I don't think I could power thru the whole box without straying once in a while. Also, I helped Elly move this past weekend, and he was nice enough to give me his mini display case. So no more cramming them into a car display box. Yay!

Looks good. Then tile thingy on the base is a nice touch.

Glad your minis have a proper display case now. :curl-lip: I keep thinking I should get one of those. When I finally figure out where I'd put it I probably will. By the way, MassiveVoodoo had a post a couple days ago on upgrading that same style of case. They had a couple good ideas. Of course they left out the "fill it with award winning figures and their awards" tip.

That's where you come in! I'll have to check it out. It's a 3 shelf case, and now the middle shelf is home to Precious Moments figures. No, I didn't paint them. My better half decided to break them out of wherever she was hiding them and stash them in there while I was asleep. Ah well. I still have one shelf, and it's the one closest to eye level!

Ha, that's what you get for not immediately filling every last inch with figures.

I was looking at the picture Raffa posted trying to figure out what was on top of the case. Finally realized it was a row of Golden Demon trophies. Yeah, I guess he's pretty good.

Nice muted palette and the red and gold set it all off quite well. I will never finish mine. Too much damn detail on those Chosen ;(
