My painting sessions begin with
1. decide what mini to paint
2. decide what color to start with
3. put paint on shaker and push start button
4. get out mini
5. get out brushes
6. fill cup with water
7. lay down newspaper
8. turn on painting light
9. turn off paint shaker and drop some paint on the pallet. Then put color #2 on shaker while painting.

I like to start my mini painting sessions with a prayer. \"God, don\'t let me F up these eyes too!!\"

Is the CMON community that thick?!

Well I\'ve watched enough people screw up doing it, so I can\'t speak for the CMON community, but I think there is a need.

I love Vallejo paint. But they are not totally without problems. It has already been mentioned, but it needs repeating:

Glue the nozzle in after you take it out. I have had a couple of messy incidents when nozzles decided to propel themselves across the room when I squeezed the bottle - and I never even took them apart in the first place!

As for actually needing an agitator - I\'m sure that most of you have a more than adequate \'shaking action\' already.....

I\'ve never heard of a tip popping off.
Occasionally I\'ve squeezed a bottle and can feel the pressure build up but nothing comes out. I just jam a pin in the hole and then it usually works fine.
Some of my paints are way thicker than others for a reason I don\'t know.

Poor quality control! If the caps are watertight then the paint pretty much had to go into the bottle thicker in the first place.
