I am a subscriber to the Miniature Mentor series of tutorial which i have found extremely useful. They have covered a massive amount of techniques so far in amazing depth and are coming out with some cool looking stuff in the future. Its not that expensive when you consider how much footage and subject material is on offer.

I also like the tutorial downloads from here too.
