two new miniatures painted by H. Schmidt

Hi,

only two weeks after the last Fantasy Miniatures update there is
another one! This time I added two new painted miniatures at
http://www.fantasyminiatures.de !

The first one is a Skarrd Harpy by Dark Age Games sculpted by Werner
Klocke, the second one is an Orc sculpted by my friend Dirk Stiller
based on a German fantasy comic book released by Masquerade
Miniatures. This one is interesting because Dirk always talks me
into believing Orcs must have blue blood because of their green skin
color. So I decided to paint it as having blue blood!

I welcome all comments and critiques as usual.

Both miniatures will be posted at CMON within the next day, the Harpy is currently on auction at e-bay as well as another recently painted miniature.

Humans have blue blood.

Green skin has nothing to do with blood color. Humans have blue blood, it turns red when exposed to oxygen. That is why your veins are blue. ???

Or at least, according to GW\'s official statement they do. Yeh, I know that it doesn\'t matter, but it\'s practical though, green blood just looks a mess when put on green skin. Then again, GW\'s orks are kinda symbiotic with plants...

It is a photo of Xena and Callisto back to back crossing swords. Also known as my fantasy come true. I changed from my Raider symbol avatar to punish them for stinking.
