a 6.8? seriously.... man i was thinking at least a 7.5. or probably a 7.2. advice on what to do to make it better.

Show the other side of it & darker backdrop I reckon :)

The blue/red/green/yellow at the bottom pull a bit from the monster too.

Just checked & I gave it a 7. You're on 7.1 registered though (17/28) :good:

Cheers, B.

I agree with BPI, those very bright blues, reds and green on the base could be toned down. I feel the color needs to be muted a bit more to bring more attention to the stealer. Also, I would like to see more definition and delicate highlights on the hands and the claws. Oh and one more thing, who cares about the scores, it will end up driving you mad to try and comprehend them! ;)

I think it is a 7 myself it. I like the concept of the tyranid camoing itself with its environment that may be a problem with others though.

well, he's up to 7, and may go up a few 10th's when he reaches 50 votes...
anything in the 7's is usually a well painted mini, even if it's not an attention grabber...

what works amazingly well on Orks doesn't necessarily work on other minis...
this guy is not poorly painted at all, but is pretty bland...
needs some salt;)...

cheers

its nice enough but i would tend to agree with the others, space hulks thousands of years old floating in and out of warp space wouldnt be so well.. brightly painted, mute it down a bit and brighten the stealer. as it sits i think an 7.5 would do extreme weathering 8-9.

p.s the eye seems to have that creepy reflective retina thing going on nice touch.
