As always, just stunning, you saved the best bit till last too! theres some great freehand on Tyrion.

The termonator is a very cool concept too, looks kinda like an inquisitor with the left arm and mace. The cloak idea is getting nabbed!

In the words of King Louie, \'\'oo be do, I wanna paint like you-oo\'\'lol

Awesome painting just 2 v small minor composition points.

Thr chaplins ball on his mace looks a little large and the wall by tyrion has bullet holes in.

Apart from these two points brill 9\'s all round

@Brokenblade - You really need to come over to Atlanta or another American Games Day. You\'d sweep it! You seem to paint at an amazing level and paint them very fast!

Excellent work as allways joe, your crisp clean finish often reminds me of bobby wongs style. In my opinion your nmm is some of the best in the world and a delight to look at, very inspirational. The only criticism is Im not very keen on the chaplin, i think its the head.

did you freehand draw on the banner before painting it? it\'s so symetrical and beautiful colors. I think my favorite is the Termy....it\'s got such great flow and action with the addition of the cloak. great work.

Holy crap I love the termy... I wish I could blend like that! What kind of water:paint ratio do you use?

great job, maybe the bullet holes are a bit odd, but that\'s why God gave us handguns, eh?

The NMM gold i particulary stunning, might I ask what colors you used

Hi again everyone, thanks so much for such kind comments, it\'s highly appreciated :)

to answer a few comments and questions -

@Thecadian - yeah i agree partly, i know the terrain is from the 40k ruins set but i really didn\'t see the holes as bullet holes, just battle damage. Hopefully there won\'t be too many people recognising them as bolter shell holes..that wouldn\'t be too good :D also the ball on the mace was added by the guy, not me, it\'s actualy taken from a night gobbo fanatic i think.

@AinuLainour - thanks very much, i will come over to the states again one day, not for a while but in a year or 2 definately, you think this is fast..wait for next weeks eldar minis, i\'ve about crippled myself with painting this week.

@wingnut - thanks so much, i wouldn\'t say anything like bobby wong.. although it is a great person to be reminded of, but i would definately agreee that i like to go for a clean style.

@demonherald - thanks, the colours for tyrions nmm was a mix of black, bubonic brown and regal blue (but the regal blue was only added to tie in with the overall blue tones of the model..it may look a little weird on a normal mini) the mix was then highlighted up to bubonic brwon, and then ghighlighted up to skull white.

@war0827 - the desigh was rooughed out on the banner first, then i defined it, and neated up where id gone wrong etc etc.

@Arma - i have no idea what ration of paint i use, eitherway it\'s pretty damn thin, normally i thin the paint a lot, feather it onto the model, and will sometimes have to do many layers of the same shade untill it is flat and smooth, when i would then move onto the next lighter shade.

@Erik - answered in a reply a couple of paragraphs back :)

Once again, thanks SOOO much for every single one of the comments and all of the votes, i hope i answed all concerns also, any extra questions or comments are most welcome.

Cheers, Joe.

The minis are all really nice, but I hate you for doing that on Tyrion\'s base.

He would be my favourite, but those tacky ruins completely destroy the mood of the model. Unfortunately the damage does indeed look like bullet holes, and also the actual style of the architecture doesn\'t fit in with the Elves. It doesn\'t really fit any sort of look I\'ve seen in the Warhammer world to be honest. It looks like a Warhammer mini on a 40k base and this drops his cool mini factor right down.

Not that votes really matter but working down I gave you 9, 9, 8, 7. Change the base and the 7 becomes a 10!

As you seem to be in a question answering mood, when you say you are going fast at the moment do you actually mean that you are putting in a lot of painting hours and thus the minis seem to be done quickly?

The reason I ask is that I would love to get through painting quicker, but I am currently striving to up the smoothness and quality of my minis, so I am doing loads of feathering on of really thin paint like you. The bonus is it dries quicker, but I\'m having to do about 10 layers more than normal, which certainly adds to the time.

Do you just paint for a 100 hours or so a week or have you got a mad crazy special technique you are keeping secret?
