Well here he is, originally I was using the old Chaos standard bearer from 4th ed however I have been waiting the AoW model for some time, I decided to buy it a few weeks ago and I think finally I have a model that is worthy of being a chaos character (he such a beef cake in comparsion!).

Anyways, thoughts and suggestions welcome.

the contrast of the golds and blues is great; i like what you did there. might i suggest painting some wood grain texture on that flag pole? im also not a huge fan of the severed heads. great paint work all in all, though, especially the metallics.

Thanks! hmm, I will have to wipe out the paint brush again and see what i can do for the bannerpole, funny thing about the severed heads as it was suggested to me and i thought why not! whats a chaos character without some blood and trophies! still before I do anything else on this I have a stormraven to finish.
