uberdark needs ideas for demos at gencon

so i have been in talks with chern ann about doing some demos at gencon. i plan on having my ork army there, but am hard pressed for what you guys would like to see me do. Of course I am most comfortable with my orks, but I just dont know what exactly what to do.

some ideas.

1. a kitbash of 3 kans into a mega dread.
2. techniques on plasticard building for orks.
3. making dynamic bases.
4. how to do my reds.
5. metallic weathering.
anyhow if you could hit me up with some ideas i would appreciate ti and will go from what you guys suggest.

I reckon that, whatever you chose, when the demo starts you should just queue up "Baby got Back" and gyrate on the table!

That aside, a kitbash sounds like a pretty fun concept.

(but seriously...dance on the table)

I kinda like the kitbash myself. Followed be your techniques. Then the painting ones followed lastly by bases. I guess the question should be how many sessions? If multiple maybe running a "Breathing Life into the Mob." and hit them all. How long? Time is something that you should think about. Can you finish what ever in the time allotted. And give the viewer all the info that they may need. Your Reds and weathering sound like they are time killers. And lastly, what do you wish to do? A good teacher is one that is enjoying the subject they are teaching. And if your burned out on something, your not going to enjoy yourself. And we all know that is the only way to go. :smile-big: :wink:

well i think on day one, ill be going over a kitbash, and use of plasticard. on day two ill be going over my form of wet blending by doing demos with reds and whites. ive recently started up a really good way of dirtying up your whites. so there it is. thats what ill be doing.
