As much as I would love to go to GD this year I think I will have to refuse that offer for a variety of reasons.

Besides I am sure you wouldn\'t enjoy it anyway as just after I get there the rainy season starts so between October and Feb I have to contend with over 100 inches of rain. When it rains there it is by the bucket so there is no point trying to stay dry if you are court out in it. lol

At least when the rain is pouring you can almost breathe...(almost) I love Singapore so much and the last 4 times I\'ve been has been slightly bizarre out round October back Nov/Dec always throws me when there are xmas deco\'s up around singapore...all worth it though...is it a stop off to further destinations or is singapore the destination....????

anyways back on topic.. @nick all the tickets come with a parental consent form that can be filled in by your parent and sent into GW all you need is somebody with you over 16 could be part of a bus group could be a friend anything really...

The bar certainly is a nice sweat and froth free zone.. look forward to it.. :beer:

You can get in younger than 14. I went when I was 12, 13 and 14. As far as I can remember that was more of a recommendation than a rule. But you need a guardian if you\'re under 16.

i\'ll be there i should think, its easier if we meet by the GD stands I think cause we stick out more/are easier to find there, and then mosy to the hotel thing for a chit chat.
Besides I still owe Tim a drink.....*sneaks away*

You and me both .. \"hoping\" to finish a duel piece , a 40K monster and 40K vehicle , The monster I took to Platoon britannica and haven\'t touched since the duel has just had the base sprayed and the combatants are drying and the vehicle is still in it\'s bag.. I\'m hoping to be a lot lot further on next week.

No restriction on agae in the hotel bar I don\'t think.. anyways I\'m hoping as we\'ve had a shite summer it will be nice and sunny and we can sit outside and pretend we\'re in Spain...:drunk:

I\'m at the just looking forward to seeing what the competition throws up this year .. I\'m having a couple of tie issues but should pull through it.. After seeing some of the guys at Platoon Britannica there is some nice things to come from the british quota.ut there are folks from all over that in the last year have hit bit of a peak so there should be plenty of new names in the fray.....:D

MY BABIES !

I am not a great lover of secret modelling ,especially as we are trying to encourage a U.K. team.
So ,my lads are a Black Templar Termie commander,a Rat Ogre ( again ).
My Wulfen termie and my BIG LOGAN GRIMNAR !
I dont think I will get my duel finished as I want to do a Spartan for Euro. :D

SO it looks like just the 4 boys ( I suppose thr rat Ogre could be a Gal )

Got three entries done and working on a further three.
Frodo = Done
Deamonette = Done
Looted raider = Done

Chaos Ogres = 50% of the way.
Grey knight terminaters 10% of the way.
Ork burner boy not started!!
And maybe more if I have time.

Same, i also can\'t wait to meet up with you guys. My entry (iw lord) is going a bit pearshaped at the moment but hopefully it shoudl scrub up a bit better than its looking at the moment.

Ive ordered a second entry (classic orc shaman) which i\'m hopeing will arrive soon..

i cant remember who you are so i shall let it go :D ;)

i have a nurgle dude i want to enter for warhammer single
40k single special ops guardsman
and maybe the mutant bust for open

i dont expect to win with the open dude but it would be nice to bring him along. as for the others..we shall see how they go (i doubt ill get anything finished!)

The sensible thing would be to meet at the stand as an obvious referance point and once everyone is gathered stroll over to the hotel bar.If everyone comes it should be a great gathering of the clans ! :flip: :bouncy: lol
I am really looking forward to seein some of the minis just mentioned :flip:.
