UK - GD, Who & What?

Assuming I can put together some cash and some entries in the next couple months I\'d love to be there.

Painting up some Khemri entries would be fun, probably a moot point knowing the competition level but it would be a good excuse to push myself for quality and not just speed paint (something I haven\'t done at all in a year... my Dwarf that got third at GD Toronto the other day was done to a mass production standard).

Plane ticket purchased..working on travel plans as we speak. Ill be in Paris the week before for the ravage Open Mix as a warm up event.

I need to work on getting the Games Day ticket and most of all to secure a ride from Nottingham to Birmingham and back the day of the show..Help!

hmmm.... seems like alot of people are going this year! makes me want to come even more now.... If I have money, time, and some decent entries I will come from Oz.

Geez, everyone is entering Diorama this year! Makes me excited, and more envious to try and defend my trophy from last year.

If I do come, it will be Diorama, Duel and probably Large Scale that I will enter.

If I can make it or not, I shall me waiting with much anticpation to see all your entries!

Unlikely I\'ll be going. All that standing around and queueing isn\'t good for my poor body. Also, I\'m saving to go over to see Liz in October so I probably couldn\'t afford it anyway.

I\'ll be going. Plan to enter :-

40k single mini (not sure what yet)
40k Squad ( constructed and waiting for paint)
40k vehicle ( if I can find the time)
Fantasy single figure ( possibly)

The 40k squad entry is the one that I will devote the most time to. Last year I made the first cut in one catagory. If I can repeat the same feat this year then I will come away happy. Anything over and above that is a big fat Brucie Bonus

Anyone taking bets that a certain Forgeworld large scale marine painted in Ultramarines colours will pick up the Gold demon for the Large Scale catagory. Possibly the Sword itself ( if it\'s being entered of course ?)

I\'ll be there, my first UK GD. I have a LOTR single entry ready to go, a 40k single (or possibly medium depending on size restrictions) that I did the conversion work on a couple of years ago.

Other than those, I have a very busy summer, so I doubt I\'ll have time to do more, but we\'ll see. I think I\'ll just channel my energy into encouraging Prawnpower

@KyleM Yes, come, baring disaster I\'ll have my house then, so you can come stay. I\'ll have plenty of room and we can go up with Prawnpower.
