i keep looking at these concepts (not like that!) and they have grown on me. if you remove the boobies, they look like pretty cool spawn. i know the mouths are suggestive but so are these guys:

they are just different!

Nonetheless, Tim has it spot on concerning the initial inspiration of those two Helldorado minis.

really? i didn\'t think of it like that for them! i had plans of doing vertical-type mouths on something chaosy so i had to buy them when they came out! for me it was the obvious choice for making a normal mouth scarier/more disturbing

In relation to the Naked Barbarian 3456 you are right. lol

However I\'ve been trying to remember the name of the \"Angry Female/Feminist All Men Are Rapists\"\" artist of the 80\'s who\'s work this is so similar to. (Bugger Old age plays havoc with memory some day\'s)
And in themselves those 80\'s pieces were so comparable to and derivitive from Hieronymus Bosch\'s work.

It is also in respect how some people are regarding H.R Geigers artwork, Once original, now a stereotypical trademark cliche.

I wouldn\'t mind if you PM\'d the name if you came up with it. I have some rememberence of a really old painting with a vagina with teeth. Can\'t remember though, it would be interesting to see if IIRC or if it\'s just another scary dream I\'ve surpressed! lol

I think that the pictures I saw were on display at \"The Side Gallery\" in Newcastle, but as I said this was in the early 80\'s when there was a lot of \"Angry Young Women Artists\" highly linked to the Greenham Common peace protestors.
And sadly their names and faces have all blurred into memory like the pints I drank back then.
