Ultramarine Command Group Thing

Hi there,

as i am doing a comission about some Ultramarine Heros on a display base, it looks like that finally it is getting forward...

Only 2 more to go and finally the base...

Here is the latest one i had done - a cybot from FW:

It really takes its time, but this is the actual state of the comission... i hope i will be able to get a real dirty, messed up battlescene in ruins to bring them all together... here they are:

They\'re absolutely gorgeous. Ironically, I\'m waiting for a client of mine to send me a few Veterans figures. He wants them done up in Ultramarine colours too - I pray he doesn\'t see your ones though, as he\'ll most likely be rather disappointed with mine

They\'re nice Jar, but the OSL on the Dreadnought claw is too over the top for my tastes. Great painting though.

Really fine stuff. The claw does seem a bit too bright (unless he has something really lightbulb-ish in the center?), something more akin to the OSL on the Plasma Cannon would seem to fit better imho.
Apart from that, awesome mini(s). Love the understated Tyranid on the banner, very \"Aliens\". Can\'t wait to see the finished display!
Oh, and the fellow with the hammer looks unfamiliar... be he a conversion?

Thanks a lot on your comments...

As i am informed they are not for gaming purposes, but they\'ll be included in a diorama with the option of taking them out, so i am still not sure what the comissioner will do with them...

The claw is way too bright - you are right also got this on my seight... damm! But in the end the comissioner is well pleased so i won\'t get my brush on those finished ones again for at least they stand together on the base and i see where to put a drop of colour...
