Unable to upload pics to the gallery...Help!

Anyone else having this problem? I get a page with a message telling me that i am not using the right type of image, even though i am using a jpeg. the image is also well below the max. file size..

Any help is appreciated.

I had this happen the first picture I uploaded. I simply cropped the picture, and shrank the file size, then it seemed to work well.
