Maybe its because I recently watched Resident Evil Apocolypse and Shaun of the dead, but I\'ve been thinking about undead recently.

I love undead minis, but I have to say the current GW range is rather poor, there are some gems in there, but the plastic zombies are awful compared to the 80\'s kev adams ones.

So does anyone know of any good fantasy undead minis, primarily zombies?

Pics and links would be great if you have them.

aaah, i have to say i love the new plastics. quite a lot of variety there. i still don\'t think you can beat the necromunda plague zombies though. as for other makers, i can\'t seem to think of any off the top of my head.

i\'m also thinking about them a lot - just recieved the new dawn of the dead through the post. how good is that film! excellent and suprisingly funny too

you can also check out the new box of zombies by Rackham if you\'re looking for high quality sculpts in large quantities

I just watched the UnRated Dawn of the Dead last night....I had seen the theatrical release but this was much better....All of a sudden I have developed a soft spot for zombie flicks....

Shawn of the Dead looks cool as well, but I haven\'t been able to track it down here....

onto the minis....Trev, I absolutely agree about the plastic GW zombies being a little uninspiring..BUT I have seen a couple of great examples of them being converted (using other plastic and metal kits) and coming up with some pretty darn good stuff...

Sadly the best manufacturer of undead minis is no more Grenadier their undead range was excellent.
