Underslung Heavy Weapon Conversions

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some help with a conversion I want to do. I want to make some Devastator Space Marines that are holding their heavy weapons under their arms.

Sort of like this:

Does anyone know of any relatively easy ways to do this without spending a fortune on LotD guys just for the arms?

do a bit of chop n cut work then fill in with green stuff if you have termi flamers just cut it off at the hand then re attach to the space marine arm

try to get a hold of the old terminator flamer arms.

they have relative small arms compared to the new ones and wouldnt involve a lot of conversion work
