Well, you could always name her Arthur - middle name Lizzie.

Arthur Lizzie Schmidt is somewhat historical, and pretty unique.

I\'m almost in the same boat as you. My third daugher is coming around the 19th of November.

Kid 1
Elyn Rose

Kid 2
Willow Mckenzie

Kid 3 will be
Savannah Louise

A good way of finding names is through these two resources:
1. http://www.ssa.gov/OACT/babynames/

Social security has the names listed according to their popularity back into the 1800\'s. Even if you aren\'t having a kid, it\'s a fun read.

2. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Name-Book-Meanings-Spiritual-Significance/dp/1556619820/ref=sr_1_14/026-0849775-5000424?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1194101861&sr=8-14

This is a link to amazon.co.uk. More specifically a book that is amazing for names. It includes meanings, connotations, scriptural references, and more. I can\'t praise this book enough. I use it on a weekly basis just for my writing.

I wanted to name one of my daughters Alex Andrea but I got overruled. Instead the twins ended up as Alexa Grace and Rebecca Rose.

there is some pretty good ones in there.
The About Schmidt is pretty funny. I like a few of them listed so far. I\'ll have to get my wife down here to read some of them.
I figured there would be some pretty good ones from you guys, and a few made me laugh.

I want to name any future girl child \"Scout\" myself. I think it sounds nice and of course has a very good literary pedigree.

To expand on the idea, re-name yourself Atticus and first be sure to have a son ahead of Scout. Name the son Jem. Then hire a nanny named Calpurnia. Live in a red-neck town. Become a respected lawyer.

Or just name the kid Scout, tis\' all good.
LOL... but I wouldn\'t deserve the name Atticus.

Albert would be an unusal name for a girl..
Messer would go well with the second name.....:drunk: (hopefully that didn\'t offend)

siobhan
not sure why always liked that one.
the trick to finding a nice name is one you like that can\'t be shortened...I guess...

I have a boy and we played around with millions of names we had books web searches friends family everything.. then when he was born and passed to me the nurse said have you got a name for him yet and I just said Christopher..a name we never even mentioned it just felt right at that moment...

\"Bless\".

It\'s a shortend form of someone I knew a long time ago...\"Blessed in the eyes of the lord\" was her full name. And yes she did come form a very unique religious family.

Or a Colleague of mine who is Italian/Scottish and has Nine Forenames;
Gabriella, Daniella, Isobella, Maria are only four of them I\'ve managed to discover.

Whatever you call the child please remember She will have to live with that name for the rest of her life. (And Oh yes do I dislike my own forename.)
