Okee, time for another one.
His gallery isn\'t really new so you might know some of his work, but I think it deserves more attention, and better scores !

I\'d just like to say I HAVE actually voted on some of his work before :wow:

Although only his fantasy minis, and now looking at his gallery, I think I like his historicals even more.

Thanks again Calavera!

I\'ve voted on his stuff, before, too. About 1/2 of it, actually.

I agree with Eric--his historicals are much nicer. Still, definitely one worthy of the Unsung Heroes threads!

(Now if I could only get a decent camera, maybe some day I\'d be unsung, too... wait, is that a good thing? ;))

This is the work of a Spanish sculptor and painter Raul Garcia Latorre. He sculpts historicals for his own company Latorre Models and also for Art Girona, mainly 54mms and Busts.

He won the Best of Show at Euro Militaire with a scratchbuilt 75mm Highland Clansman at Culloden. And he\'s authoured 2 excellent books on painting with acrylics (including Vallejo and GW paints)

He\'s just released a new fun figure under his won label:

Don\'t think he\'s done any fantasy pieces in a long while!

Well just finished voting and I gotta say his Historicles are incredible. The one fantsay figure that stood out to me was #27598, as I thought that the skin tones were incredible.

I only had one complaint with his gallery and that was that there was no new pictures. :(

@ Orb, thanks for sharing that picture of Robin Hood???. Very nice green tones

Well speak of the devil!

Not long after this thread started, I noticed Raul has placed the Robin Hood in his gallery!

remembering that he both sculpted and painted it.........

BTW, in the Historial world of miniatues, he most certainly not unsung........
