Updates for this year?

Does anybody know which 40K figures will be updated this year? That is...aside from the Orks.

Demons (for both 40k and Fantasy) are getting new rules and new models. Including a Defiler upgrade to make the thing look all fleshy and like a pure combat monster. Soulgrinder or something I think it\'s called.

Supposedly there\'s a Marine codex coming out this year after 5th ed drops, and Drop Pods are supposed to be the big new figure for that. I don\'t see many other models getting replaced since they\'re all pretty new. Perhaps the rumored plastic Termi Captain sprues?

I don\'t think there\'s much else coming out that we know of.

Plastic is good! I hate metals. I wanted to do the Demon and Witch Hunters but everything is in metal.

Bell of lost souls reported box sets with a plastic 2 piece dread, not sure if I like that.

There are also rumblings of a plastic thunderhawk

All those seem to be eventualities, drop pods, thunderhawks etc.

But the one I havent heard about is the plastic terminator captain.

Any more to that one?

That plastic dread will probably be for the new 40K beginner box, so think along the lines of skull pass quality. I doubt the current plastic dread will be going anywhere.
