Now, being in construction, I know that a top-down view is always done for the site plan, so there is NO WAY that the architect or the gov\'t guys who approved it didn\'t know what it would look like form above.
I agree it\'s an \'optimal design\', but still... someone must of noticed the problem before the buildiings were built.
The article also states that some people are offended by it, and it should be taken down, but I figure it\'s no big deal (it\'s not like people can see it from their windows or driving by).
So what do you guys think? Tear it down, or \"who cares\"? ???
