Christianity just subsumed all of the \'pagan\' holidays it could and renamed them. Local gods became \'saints\', etc.

Here\'s my contribution. You can\'t lean on a wall on one shoulder and both feet on the ground and lift the same foot. As in, lean with your left shoulder and lift your left foot.

I think you\'ve got it backwards. With your left shoulder and left foot pressed against the wall, you can\'t lift your right foot away from you without falling.
