Using an infrared hand dryer to dry minis

I already have a heat gun I use to dry my minis when I paint to accelerate the drying process. But I was wondering if anyone has ever set up an infrared hand dryer to do it instead. I was looking on amazon and found this: https://www.amazon.com/Alpine-Autom...0034416&sr=8-3&keywords=infrared+sensor+dryer

I was wondering if this would be a good idea to do and if anyone already tried this.

Edit: I just realized how big it was. It's 10x9x8. I don't think I want something that big. I may have better luck just mounting my heat gun in a way where I have some infrared sensor turn it on like a hand dryer. If anyone has managed to do this, I would be interested in how.

Just a cheap hair dryer, works fine for acrylics.

If you are using oils a home made ‘Oil Oven” (wooden box with ventilation holes and a 100 watt light bulb) helps.

I have a heat gun that I keep near me now. I have a plastic table where I attached a little screw-hook on my right side. The heat gun has a little stand that flips up and down so I hook it onto that and leave it hanging there. I can now simply turn on the heat gun right there in place and just hold the mini over it. That works much better. A little air dryer would of been nice, probably the size of those that are built for nail polish.

I'm still working on my full setup. Probably will be another week and a half till it's done. Once done, I think I'll post a picture of it to share. And in return, I would like to see other people's setup as well.
